Love but agreed with others

I love this game as in Im borderline obsessed with it. I love fashion, shopping and clothes so it def keeps me entertained. Only flaw is I have to agree with the others- customer service is poor and in order to advance faster in the game you have to purchase things with real cash. I refuse to do that and am on level 5. So theres still hope haha. (40+ to go lol)
